Astrogeological Survey and Harvest: A Worker-Owned Cooperative:

Corporate tax rate: set currently at 0%

Divined Dispersal: Currently payout is agreed upon by negotiation before job. Payout upon completion.

Focus of Corp: Mining, npc ratting and salvage, exploration, manufacture and trade.

Divisions: Mining, Salvage, Manufacturing, Security.

Purpose:
To maximize net and real worth of all owners.

Organization :
Organized and controlled by worker-members; Only worker-members may own stock, equally divided between members; No public sale of stock.

Ownership
Worker members

Control:
By worker members; policy set by assembly or vote of worker-members; one vote per member (one and one half per CEO/founding member), proxy voting seldom allowed.

Sources of Capital:
By members; by lender that has no equity, vote or say in running the co-op; from net earnings, a portion of which are set aside for reinvestment into the corp; resources donated by members.

Distribution of Net Profit:
To members after funds are set aside for reserves and allocated to a collective account

Capital Dividends:
Payouts determined by policy set in place by member assembly/vote.

Operating procedures:
Workers set production schedules directly through assemblies/votes; Working conditions determined by assembly of worker-members.

Membership:
New members will have corporate background/security status checked. New players are encouraged. Upon accepting of application, there will be a two week trial period for new members. Observations will be made of general attitude, playstyle, and adherence to spirit of cooperative principles. If, after trial period, the applicant isn't working out, a severance package (based on contributions to the corp) will be given and the applicant dismissed by a meeting of the CEO/founding Members.

Discipline:
Disciplinary action, if needed, will be discussed by all corp members. Actions, in order of severity, will include, but are not limited to: a warning, a fine agreed upon by the members. Confiscation or destruction of corporation provided ship and fittings, loss of pay for a limited amount of time, or Termination from membership.

Behaviors that will trigger disciplinary action:
Abusive behavior toward another member (stalking, harassment, repeated use of 'hate speech' that adversely affects gameplay enjoyment and cooperative environment, etc), misappropriation of corporate resources (stealing corporate resources for solo profit, rather than requisitioning ships, ISK, minerals or ores, fittings, rigs, blueprints, or any other shared resource), Theft from, scamming, pod killing or shooting down another corp member's ship except as part of a corp sanctioned disciplinary action, any of the same behavior towards a member of a allied corp. (currently: None). Sanctioned piracy against war declared corps IS tolerated. (see below)

Can Flipping/Criminal Looting:
Can flipping/criminal looting will result in immediate termination, except in the following cases:
a) The person in question has agreed to it. (no standings set, but you're helping out a nonmember with hauling, or they've already stated that they are abandoning it)
b) The loot is abandoned. (if the party is in belt, wait for them to leave, then treat as 'in system'. In system, message and ask, out of system or logged out, it can safely be considered abandoned, and thus salvage rights apply. Use caution that you don't get shot.)
c) A hauler reflipping a can that has been criminally flipped by a player pirate.
d) Looting from a player pirate's wreck.
e) During a corp sanctioned raid.
f) The corp is currently in a state of war with us. (hereafter referred to as a wardec corp. This does not mean the corporation Wardec, unless they declare war on us.)

DO NOT LET US CATCH YOU DOING THIS OTHERWISE. This is the first and ONLY warning you will get. If you flip cans outside of these circumstances, not only will you be removed from the corp, you will be added to our KoS list, and your name WILL be distributed to every other corp in the alliance as a flipper.

Piracy

Sanctioned Piracy:
Piracy is against a wardec's corps assets only. This is not permission to continually harass the players. Your Piracy objectives are ONLY:
a) Hard Loot - ships, fittings, salvage, loot, ore and other items.
b) Soft Loot- ISK gained from bounties, trade scams against the wardec corp members, etc.
c) Corporate loot as part of a covert operation into a wardec corp's inner workings. (money, blueprints, ships, same as hard loot.) You will know if you are on this type of mission.

Unsanctioned Piracy:
Piracy is allowed on the following terms:
When capable of entering and surviving lowsec space solo, you may freeboot on your own time, at your own risk. Otherwise it is as sanctioned piracy with the exception that we as the corp will NOT stand in defense if you are pursued, attacked or otherwise molested.

Piracy against a wardec corp is to remove their ships, hard assets and funds from play, preferably into our pockets. Abusive behavior is not required for this. Hunt them, shoot or steal their ships, wrecks, salvage and loot, even pod them if you absolutely MUST, but otherwise follow the rules of civility that you would follow for a corp member.

Termination: Member termination past the trial period will be by a council vote. Circumstances for termination will be freely discussed among all corporate members, so that informed votes may be cast.
